We collect the following categories of information:
Identifiers & contact info: name, business name, email, phone number, mailing/shipping address.
Commercial info: orders, quotes, invoices, payment status, items purchased, project specifications, approval records.
User content: artwork, logos, text, instructions, and any files you upload.
Internet activity (online data): device/browser info, IP address, pages viewed, referring/exit pages, timestamps, and cookies/SDK data.
Communications: emails, messages, call notes, and text/SMS interactions (including consent records).
Payment data: We use third‑party processors (e.g., Stripe) to handle payments. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
We collect information directly from you, automatically via our site or services, and from third parties (e.g., partners you instruct to ship products to us, or analytics/service providers).
We use personal information to:
Provide, operate, and improve our services.
Communicate about quotes, proofs, approvals, orders, shipping, and support.
Personalize and market our services (including email/SMS with your consent where required).
Comply with contracts, legal obligations, and enforce our Terms.
Legal bases (EEA/UK visitors): performance of a contract, legitimate interests (e.g., service improvement, security), consent (e.g., marketing), and legal obligations.
We may share personal information with:
Vendors/Service Providers: payment processors, hosting, analytics, messaging/SMS and email platforms, shipping/logistics, and customer support tools (bound by contract to protect your data).
Business transfers: as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
Legal & safety: to comply with law, respond to lawful requests (e.g., subpoenas, court orders), or protect rights, property, or safety. We do not voluntarily disclose customer information to government authorities without a valid legal process. Where legally permitted, we will provide advance notice to the affected customer before producing information.
We do not sell personal information for money. We may engage in "sharing" for cross‑context behavioral advertising under California law (see §9 below for opt‑out). We do not provide or rent customer lists to data brokers or industry partners.
We work with clients in regulated or sensitive industries—such as vape hardware and cannabis (where permitted by applicable state law). To protect client privacy and sensitive business information, we:
Treat client identity, order details, and artwork as confidential business information.
Limit internal access to a need‑to‑know basis with role‑based controls and logging.
Offer a mutual NDA upon request (email [email protected]).
Respond to government or third‑party requests for information only pursuant to valid legal process; where allowed, we will provide advance notice to the affected customer before producing information.
Traditional market note (cannabis). We understand some clients operate in or adjacent to the so‑called "traditional market." We only provide services to customers operating lawfully under applicable U.S. state and local laws. We do not knowingly support unlicensed or unlawful activity. Clients must represent that their use of our Services complies with all applicable laws and that any required licenses/registrations are valid and current. We may request documentation and may decline or cancel any order we believe violates law or these terms.
Optional restricted handling. On request, we can apply a “restricted handling” flag to your account/order that (a) further limits personnel access; (b) shortens default retention for project files (see §6) so they are deleted after 6 months unless you instruct us to retain them longer; and (c) disables portfolio sampling by default.
We use cookies and similar technologies to run our site, remember preferences, analyze traffic, and (where applicable) for advertising/retargeting. You can control cookies via your browser settings. Some features may not work without certain cookies.
Do Not Track: We do not currently respond to browser DNT signals.
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, including recordkeeping and legal/compliance requirements. Artwork and project files may be stored to support reorders unless you ask us to delete them.
For clients using restricted handling (see §4A), we aim to delete retained proofs and production files after 6 months unless you request a different period in writing.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Marketing emails/SMS: You can unsubscribe using the links in our messages. For SMS, reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Message/data rates may apply.
Cookie controls: Use your browser/device settings to manage cookies.
Access/Deletion/Correction: See California rights below (also available, upon request, to others where applicable).
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
Know/Access: the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collected about you.
Delete personal information (subject to legal exceptions).
Correct inaccurate personal information.
Opt‑out of sale/share of personal information for cross‑context behavioral advertising.
Limit use/disclosure of sensitive personal information (if collected) to permitted purposes.

How to exercise: Email [[email protected]] with "California Request" in the subject, or use our site’s privacy request form (if available). We will verify your request and respond within the time required by law. You may designate an authorized agent to act on your behalf.
Notice at collection: We collect the categories listed in §2 for the purposes listed in §3. We retain data as described in §6. We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. To opt‑out of share/targeted advertising (if used), follow the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link on our site (or email us).
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We process and store personal information in the United States. We use U.S.-hosted service providers for payment processing, hosting, analytics, messaging, and support. We do not transfer personal information outside the United States. If this ever changes, we will update this Policy and, where required by law, obtain your consent before any international transfer.
We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
